I migrated a VMWare Fusion Mac OS X 10.6 machine, and when I open it in parallels parallels complains that EFI and SCSI are incompatible. However, I can't make any changes in the configure window - anytime I try to change something it reverts back.

How do I get around this issue?

Please try uninstalling the VMWare tools before converting the virtual machine and check if the issue persists.

I'm afraid there is no workaround...
There is no Buslogic support in Parallels EFI BIOS.
Just to sure, do I understand right that you have guest OS X installed on SCSI HDD connected to Buslogic HBA? How did you achieve that? I just searched in google and according to
VMware Guest OS Compatibility Guide "BusLogic: Not Supported Virtual BusLogic Parallel SCSI adapter"
and only LSI SCSI and SATA supported.
