Edit VM Configuration

Hey guys,

I need to get to Edit>VM Configuration on an XP VM.

On my home computer, when I launch my Windows.vps file, the VM automatically launches with Parallels, but when I launch just Parallels Desktop.app, Parallels launches without starting the VM. This allows me to edit the config.

On my work computer, launching Parallels Desktop.app automatically launches the VM, and Stopping the VM automatically closes Parallels. For the life of me, I can't get Parallels to launch on this computer without launching the VM so that I can edit its config.

How can I either:
a. get Parallels to open without starting the VM OR
b. get to the Edit Configuration window another way.

OS X 10.4.*
Parallels 5608
iMac
VM Only (not BootCamp)
Parallels Tools are Installed
