    Howdy all,
I am a support techinician at a remote help desk company and I have been struggling with an issue for the past month or so now.
One of our clients has a Mac Studio on Sequoia 15.5 running a Windows 11 VM through Parallels 20.
For some unknown reason., every few weeks, Edge will crash as soon as it opens and he is unable to print from the VM. These 2 things are always coinciding with each other.
I have tried many different things, starting Edge in safe mode, fully uninstalling and reinstalling it, removed all extensions, turned off co-pilot in edge settings, etc.
The only thing that I have found that works is this
-I will shut the VM down > right click VM and show in finder
-Right click on PVM file > show package contents
-Right click on Config.pvs > open with > text editor
-Find a line of text that says <sharedshorcuts>1</sharedshortcuts> > change "1" to "0"
-Start up VM (edge will open at this point if I open it from task bar, printing does not work) > shut down VM
-Re do the whole process > this time change the "0" to a "1"
-Start up VM > Edge opens from desktop icon, printing works fine

Before I figured out this method, The client was having the same issue on another, older, mac studio
-We had tried uninstalling parallels and reinstalling, after several days with no success, the client went out and purchased a new mac studio, because there's no way this would happen on 2 separate computers, right?
    -Wrong.

So my method of "fixing" the problem works, but only for a few weeks.

What the heck could be going on? I'm almost ready to go out and buy my own mac studio and parallels so I can try to recreate it and work on it at home and let it consume my life.
-Any tips or help would be appreciated.
