Early billing

Can you tell me why I have received an e-mail saying my subscription was runing out and I needed to pay, which I did. Then I received another two e-mails one saying my subscription has been reinstated and then one saying again my subscription was running out.

I then went on to my account and found out my subscription doesnt run out till 7 June 2026.

Why have I been notified to pay my subscription early and why isnt my payment showing.
