(1.) First post. Hope it's in the right place. (2.) Yes, it's an odd problem but I have reasons for what I'm doing. Mac Mini runnning OS10.6.4 with Parallels 6 which is running Windows XP. I have a number of Windows programs installed and they all work fine. I wanted to try the free version of DVDFAB before considering purchase. Downloaded and installed the program successfully in Windows XP. If I right click on the icon it opens a window allowing me to access properties etc. However when I double click on the icon to start the program, nothing happens. I get the "sand dial" symbol for a few moments which indicates that the program is attempting to do something, but then nothing. I have done a complete re-install of Windows XP and DVDFAB 8 but the same thing happens. I know this is an "odd" setup, but has anyone any ideas on what's (not) happening and how I fix it? It's been suggested that I need "direct access" from DVFAB to the Mac Mini's DVD drive. I've tried all the settings I could but to no avail. Any help most welcome. Many Thanks. Robert.
