Duplex Printing not working on Windows VM

I have newly purchased Brother Printer (HL-L6410DN), the installation is successful on mac and windows VM (windows 11), the problem is when I print using mac the duplex printing works and when the windows VM is used, it doesn't do duplex printing. I have shared the printer on mac OS with the windows VM via parallel settings.

Any suggestions would be really helpful, I am not sure whether I have to install the printer separately on the windows VM also, I tried doing the same, but the result was same that the printing works well but without duplex printing. All the drivers and updates are up to date, but not sure if I am missing some settings that has disabled the duplex printing on VM.
