Drive Letter Change and Drive Letter On/Off and Drive Letter first

    Sometimes i want to Change the Drive Letter for a Drive
    Or i want to shut Off Drive Letters at all.
    Bi the way:
    Drive letter can managed in first or at the end of the Drivename:
    C: Windows
    or
    Windows C:
