    Hello! I need an urgent help. My clients are getting a lot of viruses emails and spams, since i've updated the Dr. Web using the plesk control panel. I've tried a lot of solutions but no one seems to work. If possible, i want to downgrade to a previous working version. I need solutions on this, or at least an guidance on how to do this. I verified that has a drweb32.key file from aug 2008, so the license must be working yet, since its valid for one year.

    The following message appears:
    Jul 24 20:04:32 XXX qmail-queue[27965]: scan: the message(drweb.tmp.08saUF) sent by [email protected] to [email protected] has not been checked due to license limitations

    I will wait help and more info, thanks,
    Gustavo.

    Fix for admin reminders for DR Web License Limitations

    Hi

    You need to change the conf file to stop sending the reminders.

    file located in /etc/drweb/

    Change the following in the file drweb_handler.conf

    [LicenseLimitNotifications]
    AdminNotify = yes
    AdminTemplate = /etc/drweb/templates/en/admin_license.msg

    To

    [LicenseLimitNotifications]
    AdminNotify = no
    AdminTemplate = /etc/drweb/templates/en/admin_license.msg

    I hope this is helpful.
