Downgrading from Maverick to Mountain Lion: way to not reinstall windows/parallels

    After doing the upgrade to Maverick, I need to downgrade back. When I upgraded, the process was very hands off, in that Parallels, windows and all its programs were already there with the new Maverick.
    Is there a way to do this backwards so I don't have to start from scratch?
