Hi, I am dual booting via bootcam on an MBP i7 (2011 running OS X 10.6 and Windows 7, 64bit). I have three partitions, one for each operating system plus a data partition between the other two. This seems to work fine with bootcamp.

When I installed Parallels it seemed also to work fine with this setup, but once in a while I found the data partition reset to FAT32, with all data lost. I uninstalled parallels and this behavior stopped.

Does Parallels have a problem with an ExFAT data partition?? The actual Windows 7 installation is, of course, on its own Bootcamp partition formatted NTFS.

    Yours,
    John
