dock icon - duplicate entries

the context menu of my dock icon contains duplicate entries for various VMs until i reboot. not sure if this is an OS X issue or a parallels issue. i will say i've never seen it occur with any other application - only parallels.

once i reboot, the context menu displays the correct number of entries until i start a VM. then it gets duplicated. i can shut it down or suspend, quit parallels and it's still there...

Hi Tony, follow the steps below:
1. Uninstall Parallels Desktop using PDRemove.
2. Go to Mac > Disk Utility > choose Repair Disk permission / First aid and check for errors on Hard Disk.
Once repair disk permission / First Aid is completed reboot Mac, reinstall Parallels Desktop for Mac and check if the issue persists.
