do i have to buy windows as well as parallels?

    hi, i downloaded and installed parallels and now it is asking me for product activation codes and install cds fro windows. Do I have to buy a whole version of windows? If so, which version?

    Yes, Parallels is the VM only, it doesn't come with an operating system - you need to provide that. You can use any version of Windows (not sure about Windows 3.11 though), including any 64 bit version such as Ultimate or Enterprise.
