I think parallels has a DNS resolution bug. That is, the Windows to Mac NAT is not providing DNS information from the Mac to internet (or intranet). So the Mac network adapter can be quite happily DNS resolving on your corporate LAN, but the Parallels network adapter is not propogating this information the way it should for outward requests from the Windows environment.

At least there is no way I can get it to work, I expect its a bug, but if it is not I need help.

I am using XP Pro service pack 2, Parallels 3.0 and OSX 10.5.2

    VPN DNS issues

How does parallels do it's thing in NAT mode with respect to DNS. I can resolve most addresses just fine. But when I VPN, I can not resolve addresses located across the VPN. It's as if Parallels is using the old DNS server after the VPN connects.
