    Hello,

I tried many Linux Distributions in my Parallels Desktop for MAC 5, but always I have only more or les half of the monitor for the LINUX System.

How can I get the full monitor for use in LINUX?

    Thanks

    Ludwig

Make sure your VM has enough VRAM to get higher resolutions. Configure -> Hardware -> Video. Increasing the VRAM will get you resolutions up to 1920 x 1200.

To get beyond that you'll need to install Parallels Tools to get the Dynamic Resolution feature. Help -> type Parallels Tools -> select Installing Parallels Tools -> follow the instructions for Linux guest OS.

I've tried Ubuntu 10.04 and can get full screen up to 2560 x 1600.
