Display Startup delay cancellation and countdown over VM in Control Center

For a VM, under Configure -> Options -> Startup and Shutdown -> Custom, if Start Automatically is set to When Parallels Desktop starts, you can specify a startup delay.

For VMs that have a delay set, I would like to see a countdown somewhere in the Control Center indicated the time until the VM automatically starts.
I think the natural place for the countdown is overlaid onto the VM icon.

I would also like to have an intuitive way to cancel the delayed start.
The intuitive method would be such that if the user hovers the mouse over the icon for a counting-down VM, the countdown is replaced/displaced by a "X", indicating that if the user clicks, the countdown and delayed start will be aborted.
