    Hello!

The software I am using for work is having a couple compatibility issues with Parallels I believe, and their tech support has suggested that I try setting the display resolution at 100%. However, when I try to do that, it always defaults to 199% and I can't get it to go to 100% when I log off and restart. Is there something I'm doing wrong to have it stay at 100%?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Awesome! Thank you for the help!

Setting the display back to 100% helped with a LOT of things with my program in Windows, but there is this box that is supposed to pop up at a certain point that I *need* to see that isn't showing up. Now, the software program's tech support logged on remotely to see what's up and why it wouldn't pop up, and they thought that it was because my display was set to that 199%, so they wanted me to fix that to see if that solved the problem and it didn't. Then they said it was just because their software isn't supported on a Mac system. Isn't using Windows separate from the Mac itself? Basically, I'm trying to ask, what do I need to get from them to ask you guys if this is a fixable problem or not. Thank you SO much for the assistance, you guys are always so quick and helpful!

ETA - Please disregard my previous post - they were able to fix the pop up and everything works now! Thank you for the link to get the display resolution corrected, that was a HUGE help to finding the solution. Thank you for a great program (seriously, you saved me hundreds and from having to buy a whole new laptop just for work!)
