Disable selected notifications (e.g. Windows Updates)

Looking for better integration between Windows and OSX notifications. (1) Some messages I want to disable altogether, specifically I don't need OSX to notify me whenever Windows Updater runs. I don't want Windows updater to run on Parallels schedule, I want to control it within the VM and don't bother me with the notice! (2) I will also vote for a separate thread already created about grabbing *windows* (not parallels) notifications and moving them into the OSX notification center while in coherence mode.
