    Hi,

New Mac and Parallels user here.

I have installed the trial of Parallels Desktop 11 and have setup two VMs, one Windows 7 and one Windows 10. I don't require the mac/windows integration and just wish to work directly in the VMs. Therefore I have disabled all the options under Applications in options (Share Windows applications with Mac etc.).

When ever I boot/resume the Windows 7 VM I always get prompted to enable Coherence, this does not happen on the Windows 10 Vm. Both have the Parallels tools installed.

The message is "Before switching to Coherence, you need to enable Shared Applications".

Is there another setting to disable Coherence?

    Many Thanks

Looks like I resolved the problem by installing all windows updates on the win 7 VM (inc. SP1) and then the Parallels tools reinstalled automatically and everything appears to work as expected.
