Hello, My license is up and it did not auto-renew due to a payment option issue. I am trying to go in to the Payment Options screen and change it, however it asks me to enter the captcha code and sends an email, but I am not receiving the email. I have tried over 10 times, but not received the email, i checked my spam folder as well. Please let me know what I need to do to get to the Payment Options screen.
