    Hi,
Something i don't understand is that i have more Free disk space in parallels then with bootcamp.
I run parallels 8 on my MacBook pro. I have a bootcamp partition of 50gb with Windows 7 and use this partition with parallels.
    For example:
When i start Windows with parallels, Go to Windows explorer, richt click on The bootcamp disk en click properties i see (for example) 15gb Free space.
When i boot my MacBook with bootcamp and start up Windows, Go to Windows explorer, richt click The bootcamp disk en check The properties i see 8gb Free space.
    How is that possible?

@Dennis3 I have one more question to you: Did you create boot-camp based VM or import your VM from Boot Camp.
Please check this KB and let us know did you use "Option 1" or "Option 2"

    Hi!

I am experiencing the same problem. I imported Win 8.1 from my bootcamp partition using Parallels 10.2.2. (@Maria@Parallels: via Option 1)
Since then, disc space seems to be "eaten" when running windows in bootcamp. When I clear up some space (deinstalling a program etc.), the space is taken again a few minutes later.
While having about 10gb available when using the virtual machine, all disk space is used under bootcamp.

I already did an anti-virus scan (g data), the problem occurred after installing Parallels.

I hope that you can help me because I am not able to use my bootcamp partition anymore.
    Best regards,

    Philipp
