Firstly, being pushed to this channel with no option to chat or speak to a human for support is extremely frustrating, especially when issues like mine involving account shutdowns are involved. I received the alert that my subscription would renew via email a month or so ago, and so, I immediately moved to cancel my subscription. Even though the subscription no longer appeared in my account Dashboard or Subscriptions, I was nevertheless charged for the license a week or so ago. Thinking it was not the end of the world as I can still attempt to use the software for one more year, I tried to launch Parallels. Now, I am prompted for an activation code, which I do not have and cannot find in my account portal. At this point, I would like: - help being sure that I will not be charged another $130 next year - help gaining and using the activation code for the product that I was charged for To let others on this forum know, this seems like an extremely shady, borderline criminal, business practice by Parallels.
