Depence R3

Hello. Please help with a technical question.

Our company works with the program "Synchronom Depence R3" which is very graphics intensive and This only works on Windows, but we have Mac. Before we buy Parallels we want to know if the program runs with Parallels on the Mac. We have a very powerful M3 Max Macbook pro and are now buying a Macbook Pro M4 Max.

The program we need to use on Parallels has the following performance requirements:

Microsoft® Windows® 11 64-Bit
Intel i9-13900K or AMD Ryzen 9 7950X
64 GB RAM
NVIDIA RTX4080, RTX4090 or latest

Fast SSD Drive

We know that our Mac has the performance, but can Parallels also implement this because of the graphics card and Ram? Please give us a quick response
