We downloaded the free trial software and it looks like our time is up. I get the message about only being able to use 5 connections. But the universal printer also says it is disabled. Is that due to the demo expiration? Do I have to buy a 5-user license in order to keep the universal printing? On the pricing sheet it keeps saying the 5-user is free? But isn't that just the trial software again?
Your system appearently is running in evaluation mode. It means that you had our product installed on the machine for more then 30 days. If you want to evaluate the 2X ApplicationServer for another 30 days you need to send a request message to our sales team and ask for an evaluation key which should be given to you. It will allow you to have the system running for another 30 days with full functionality. After that period it will again go into demo mode.
