Dell 5100 cn printer does not work under Vista/Parallels

    I have an imac with Vista running. The Dell 5100cn USB printer does not work. It looks like its printing but no message comes back. Nothing in the event viewers. Id prints fine through the iMac.

    Any ideas would be appreciated.

    Any ideas or suggestions from Parallels? I even sent an email to tech support 2 weeks ago but no response. I am willing to pay the $30 if they can fix the problem. Do I get a refund if they dont fix it?
