Delete Account Help

    Hi,

    I recently moved from mac to pc and no longer need my parallels account. I am trying to install my windows 7 key on my new computer but it says the licence is being used. I need to delete my account on here and any trace of parallels using my windows 7 licence.

    Hi @RichardR6, we have disabled your Parallels Account and please contact Microsoft Support to reset the Windows license key.
