Is there a definitve list of things that you need to do to install Parallels to talk to a boot camp partition? I have tried a few times, but get either to the step where it is logging in to install the tools, but the keyboard an mouse don't work (and never do even after 1 hour), or I got past that only to get into a vicious cycle of reboots at startup with a corrupt registry.

    My Hardware is as follows

    Mac Pro
    2gb RAM
    500gb boot drive for OSX
Dedicated 250gb drive for Windows/Boot Camp
External 500gb Lacie Big Disk connected via Firewire 800 (have tried disconnecting this during install with limited success).

I have seen a few threads, but nothing that puts all the hints and tips together into one. Plus the old ones are hard to find again.

    Help!
