I have just upgraded to parallels 3 and have a question about default browsers.

I have set in the preferences to open Web applications in OS X so that when I click a link in Windows I get my default Mac browser ( Camino ) to fire up. However the browser that is launching is Safari ?

Is there anything I need to do to tell Parallels to use my default OS X browser instead of Safari ?

    Cheers

    Hi,

Parallels Desktop read default browser settings from Mac OS X settings. If Camino is not properly registered as default browser the problem occurs.

Try to open Safari -> Preferences ->General -> Default Web Browser and setup Camino as a default browser. Please quit Parallels before changing settings.

    Best regards,
    Alex

Sorry I should have made it clearer. Camino is ALREADY my default browser in OS X.

    Any other thoughts... ?
