Decimal key on Numeric keys

I am running Windows XP as guest and Microsoft Money 2006. The decimal key does not work when entering numbers. You can use the alpha keyboard period which works.

I also tried entering numbers with decimals in several other programs and config screens the decimal key did not work.

Has anyone else noticed this?

 

I am having the same problem. I can't use the keypad's decimal.
