Dear Parallels Support Peeps...answer my inquire on resume concerns...

I'm trying beta at the moment but won't talk details about that here other then it has the same primary concern that affects my 4.x and 5.x install. Resumes of Windows based guest systems get stuck and I have to restart the PC or kill the parallel tools app to correct thisi concern.

No matter what guest system I'm working with XP 2002 SP3, Windows 7 Ultimate, Server 2003 R2, etc if the guest is suspended for more then a few minutes or an hour it will not resume. Again this was an issue on 4.x, 5.x and now even beta! Doesn't matter if I do a fresh install of the guest OS or even a fresh install of OSX as I just did on my new iMac!!

I love everything about parallels but I really want the resume functionality to work (and yes...I have the same concern with beta6...I thought it was fixed up reared it's head a day or two into testing. For some time I figured my concern with the upgrade path I purchased was from 4.x to 5.x but Beta6 is a clean install from what I can tell.

I noted I've posted this concern under 4.x and 5.x two other times with hundreds of views, not one answer and would love to hear a comment from Parallels if I'm the only one in the world or they are simply working hard on a solution to a common concern.
