I have a subscription license on auto renewal. I am attempting to migrate to a new Mac. When I log in to my account, my dashboard says I have no active subscriptions. This means I can't email or call anyone for support. However, if I look for the license in a Mac terminal, I get : serial="6J9JMG-******-******-******-CY6SW4" expiration="09/05/2024 12:17:20" So obviously I have a valid license. Can anyone help get Parallels activated on my new Mac?
