    Dear Parallels,
Can you please be smart about Snapshots and not pop up the alert to create a snapshot whilst i'm in the middle of typing / doing something. It's easy for you to monitor for inactivity and then wait for 5-10 seconds of inactivity before alerting user for make snapshot. You could also stop it whilst i'm in the middle of Skype calls which has been a problem one one time too.
Many times it pop up alert when i'm in the middle of typing or doing something. It's quite annoying. I need snapshot because your software crashes but i don't need disturbing also.

    Thank you.

    • Open the Finder, and then click on Applications folder.

    Hi Dishant,
I tried that but Acronis wasn't there (and also checked spotlight search for it). I think i uninstalled it a long time ago.

Yes Maria, my message is the problem that comes from Automated Snapshot Creation. It is not intelligent to detect the user is busy/in the middle of typing and it interrupts their work. Please read my first message.

@Opposite, sorry for the inconvenience, but did you try to disable the Smart Guard option?
