CWindows Cant recognize USB Device because parallels Cant recognize it! HELP ASAP!!!!

I am not able do use a USB Transfer device i have recently purchased. I am supposed to wait until the icon that pops up and says Windows has found new hardware, install drivers?.. But it wont come up because parallels nor the mac recoognise it.. Any help is gratly apreciated..

Make sure that USB Controller connection setting is set connect to Guest OS
