Cut, Copy, Paste keys

    I read in the blog that the new beta can use the Apple Cut, Copy, Paste keys in the VM (XP in my case), i.e. ⌘-V instead of Ctrl-V.
    My question is "How do I do this?"
    I checked all the properties and the help file but can't find anything.
