i wonder if a customer care service is available at parallels ... i bought a copy of parallels Desktop sometime ago ... unfortunately i lost the email that contained the license code due to a wrong backup/restore and guess what? i sent the first mail asking for instructions to obtain a new license on 16th and i still have to get an answer to that mail and the others i sent later (5 in total) Parallels Desktop is a GREAT piece of software but this kind of behaviour is imho driving customers away ... No, there is no support. But don't complain about it here, because the only responses you will get are from fanboys blindly defending Parallels for completely ignoring their customers. Why, you ONLY spent $80 on the program, what did you expect?
