cursor moves cleanly only on admin account

I just upgraded to Parallels 7. I have Windows XP full screen on the left screen, Mac OS Snow Leopard on the right. If I'm logged onto my Administrator account on Windows, the cursor moves back and forth between Windows and Mac, and I can watch the cursor change at the boundary.

If, however, I'm logged onto my non-privileged account (the one I use for almost everything, since it's safer on Windows XP), once I click on the Windows screen, the cursor is trapped in Windows until I press option and Ctrl at the same time.

Any idea of how to make the mouse behavior on the non-privileged account the same as on the administrator account??
