Hi, I am unable to save a file in the PC using the CTRL+S key combination. It does nothing. Instead, to save a document, I have to manually select the Save command from the Menu. Any ideas on why this is happening? I have not changed any of the defaults. I am unable to save a Word file or an Excel file using the key combination.
