Hi all, I've just opened an old VMWare Windows XP VM that I used to use in Parallels 9. The conversion mechanism kicked in as usual and converted the VM to a Parallels pvm file. The final step is starting the VM to allow the conversion process to continue. And there the problem lies... When starting the VM I cannot send the Ctrl + Alt + Delete key stroke either using the standard fnc + Ctrl + Option + Backspace keystroke or sending the Ctrl, Alt, Delete from the Device > Keyboard > Send menu option. Both methods fail with nothing happening on the VM at all; other VMs still open fine, just this one causes me problems. I've searched the forum for work arounds but the only one I've found is to shutdown my Mac and restart, then try again - no joy! Anyone got any ideas? Parallels employees: can I send you something so you can assist me with my problem? I need to get this VM open, simple as that... Thanks all
