Hi I have Windows 7 64 bit running as guest on Parallels 6 on Snow leopard. Crystal mode was working fine till this morning. I saw a font update from Apple this morning and I did an update. My iMac rebooted as part of the install. After that, now when I try to make windows 7 to transition to crystal mode, it is failing with an error "Try again or contact support". I rebooted Mac. Restarted windows many times. That didn't fix. I reinstalled Parallels tools. That didn't make difference. I am running it in full window mode. What is the trick to get crystal mode working again?
