Crystal mode and coherence mode unavailable

    Parallels 5/WinXP. Snow Leopard. Parallels tools installed (a few times).

    I'm in the Window mode right now. The crystal and coherence modes under view are grayed out. I can't get the Window to resize to a decent size to work with on my 30" monitor, so I have horizontal and vertical scroll bars.

    I have no idea how to get to these other modes! Can anyone please help?
