I had loaded the original software and it was working great. When I got the message that new update was available, I downloaded and everything stopped working. Went to your forum and got advice, didn't work. Uninstalled updated version and reloaded original disk. Now when switching back to Mac OS, Parallels crashes and closes. Also when I get back into Mac, all the open windows have gotten smaller and moved on my desktop. What can I do?
