I was running Fedore Core 5 in console mode (init 3) and had vi opened. I closed my laptop (closed the lid to put it to sleep). When I opened and logged in the VM crashed. I did attached the crash file. Also I have noticed that in FC5 the "\" key is beeing remapped. Both - | (pipe) and \ (slash) keys are remaped to < and >. All other keys seems fine. Also is there a way to use/swith between virtual screens Alt - F1, F2, F3 on Linux? Robert
For switching virtual screens, to switch from the default X console, you need to use control-alt-F#, but control-alt is also the default parallels hotkey. So, you can change the parallels hotkey in the parallels preferences. I changed mine to alt-shift and it was fine.
I did try changing the default "Release input key combination" under "Hot Keys" in Preferences. I did changed to Ctrl-Shift combination. Now when trying control-alt-F# does not seems to work eather. Just so you know. I am running in level 3. No X started. Any other idead. I am on Beta 4
