CPU and GPU optimisation settings for Parallels Home Edition

Hi,

It would be great if the CPU optimization settings is made available to Home Edition. I use Home Edition generally for running Windows 10. It is all good when using it for apps that don't use high cpu and gpu resources, but for apps that do use high resources the option is needed. This is needed to control the utilisation of cpu and gpu from going way up and causing the machine to heat up excessively and potentially damage it.
