Couple of problems/Questions

    I have a couple of problems

    When I log into my account it shows my parallels 3 license, but only shows my parallels 4 license as the trial. I purchased parallels 4 on the 13th November

    Secondly, I can not get Parallels Internet Security to install. It installed without issue on my Windows XP VM but just won't install on Vista. Click the menu item does absolutely nothing what so ever

    Finally where is Acronis Disk Director Suite? I'm guessing it is suppose to be in my account but doesn't show because it says I only have the trial

    Thanks I'll submit a ticket :)

    I fixed number 2 by uninstalling Parallel tools and reinstalling. Could it be something to do with them being installed before Vista SP1?

    Also found the links in number 3 but couldn't get serials for them, I'm guessing because of reason 1.

    When you register on website, you will receive email with serial keys for Acronis

    Yeah but I get

    The typos/broken links are deliberate, that is what the message actually says.

    I'll wait until the first issue to resolved but your can't get a serial until the license is registered to your account, which obviously I can't do yet :)

    I am having the exact same issue. My registered products only show the trial version of Parallels 4 although I purchased the upgrade. when I try to add the key to register the upgrade, I get the following message:
    "This key is already registered. The registration information was sent to the email address provided during registration."

    I do not have another email address I used to register any Parallels product.

    When I click on "Get a License" when starting installation of Acronis True Image and then step 2 in the browser screen that pops up, I also get the message noted above about trying to use the US version - even though that is the version I am using.
