I bought a version 10 licence and I'm able to upgrade to 11 for free. In order to do that, I have to add my licence key to the subscription list at licence.parallels.com. But I couln't: "The key you entered is not a valid key. Please make sure you have a valid key and try again or contact Parallels Support Team for assistance." The Problem: There is NO way to concat the support team. Well done. I really need support from Parallels.
The Mac App is already registred. I did it again to be sure. But: Still my licence doesn't appear on the licence website, which is needed to get the licence key for version 11.
