Could not buy Parallels

    I have tried to buy Parallels for Mac twice and so far not received any notification.

    Horrible store!!! No commercial support. I had to pay twice.

    I paid 3 timesssssssssssssssssssssssss . And no clue how to contact about this case. Horrible !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    You can submit a free support ticket to Parallels Customer Service by following 3 steps:

    1. Open www.parallels.com;
    2. In red headline please select 'Support' -> Create Support Request. You will be redirected to the following page:
    http://www.parallels.com/support/request/
    3. You will be prompted to log into your account with Parallels. Having logged in, you will see a form. Once this form is filled in, a ticket is created immediately.
