Copy&paste not working

I installed Build 6.0.12094 yesterday; now copy&paste with WindowsXP VM doesn't work. So I checked Parallel Tools. I can't find them. So I installed them new - no error messages but I still can't find them. At bottom it says Parallel Tools are installed but there's no symbol for them so I cannot access them.

I want to go back to the build I had yesterday, but I don't know how to.

Anybody got any suggestions? All I want is to turn copy&paste on so I can get on with my work.
