Until yesterday bi-directional copying and pasting was working, after the update not anymore. Reinstalled both Parallels Desktop and Parallels Tools, checked the proper setting of the new bi-directional pasting. It does not want to work anymore.
As per suggestion in ticket I created a new image of windows 11. The new one works with copying and pasting between MacOS and Windows 11.
Hello Rob, kindly reinstall Parallels Tools in your virtual machine: 1. Start Virtual machine. 2. In the top menu click Actions > Reinstall Parallels Tools, wait for the installation to finish, restart the virtual machine

Me too. I haven't made any changes to the settings, but copy/paste from Windows to Macos doesn't work anymore.

I'm running Ventura 14.4.1 with Parallels 19.3.0 but adding Parallels to Privacy > Accessibility does not enable the Clipboard in Ubuntu 22.04.4. Toolbox is installed. Any other suggestion please?
Doing a fresh VM solved the issue as suggested. I'm assuming it's an incompatibility between preview versions and the latest parallels.
I recently upgraded to 19.3.1 but problem still remains... guess this probable incompatibility will never be addressed, and even worse, it's not officially mentioned anywhere. I will follow you suggestion on a fresh VM, despite all the setup I currently have in the existing VM. Tks!
This is unacceptable, before updating it was working. It is impossible for us to a fresh install for a VM. We are paying 100s of dollars and you expect us to do a reinstall of everything ??? It is totally not acceptable, I totally regret updating. Don't force updates if it will break things. WE ARE TOTALLY NOT INTERESTED IN PARALLELS TOOLS stuff, only COPY / PASTE between MAC and LINUX is required. Nothing else.
I am having the same issue. Can someone please assist me with this. every time I update I end up having to revert to a previous snap shot because of the copy and paste has stopped working. there has to be a solution to this as we are paying our hard earned money for this product.
Copy/paste has also recently stopped working for me. I've read the various entries in the forum, checked the configuration, reinstalled parallels tools, restarted Windows, restarted my MacBook, uninstalled Avast, and re-downloaded and re-installed Parallels. It still doesn't work. I haven't updated Mac OS in a long time, so no changes have occurred there, and the problem has to lie with Parallels. Please issue an update fixing this issue, there are evidently many of us with the same problem.
