Control+Tab not working

The subject line says it all: Control+Tab is not working for me.

I have followed the instructions here (Ctrl+Tab keyboard shortcut does not work in Windows VM after Parallels Desktop 12.1.0 update) to no availl.

I'm running macOS 13.1 and Parallels version 18.1.1 (53328).

Help!
