Configuring Parallels for PowerSDR

I have installed Parallels 11 standard edition on my brand new iMac. The iMac is a 27" running El Capitan 4Ghz score 7 with 32 Gb memory and iT SSD.
In Parallels I installed a copy of Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. I had to install Microsoft .Net 4.6 before installing PowerSDRmrX version 3.2.

PowerSDR will not start as though the radio is not on the LAN. Which might really mean the LAN connection is running too slow. When I connect my old PC running Windows 10 connected to the LAN via ethernet, all is good. When I monitor the LAN via the task manager network tab I see no activity. If I run Internet Explorer I see LAN activity. Running Internet speed test inside the VM show it is running just about as fast as Safari on my iMAC.

Is there something I missed in setting this up?
