Configuration Wizards Should Include Proxy Settings

    The CM Proxy & SUP wizards should include a page for the proxy settings. Support typically asks you to "re-run" the configuration wizard which deletes the manually created registry keys NetProxyHost/NetProxyPort. This should be conveniently located in the wizard.
